Our mission is to provide training to fortify today's youth with marketable skills to take into their classroom, their workplace and their community. We exist to provide a training ground that nurtures self-confidence, personal responsibility and a passion for service to others. We accomplish our mission by involving participants in "hands on" learning activities that enable them to master practical leadership and life skills that they can use to attain personal and professional success while at the same time learn how to become caring and engaged leaders of their communities. Each of our participants learns that they possess unique gifts and talents that can be used to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. We help them identify and then nurture their personal gifts and talents.
